Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Charge role at Westfield North Lakes. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirroring many responsibilities and driving store performance.

The position runs Sunday–Thursday and offers opportunities for career development, training, and a strong team culture. Generous staff discounts and supportive roster patterns are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
