Job summary

Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking an Ambulance Booking Officer to coordinate non-emergency patient transport across the organisation. This role provides administrative support for bookings, dispatching and liaising with clinical teams and transport providers.

You will enter bookings on the platform, dispatch to the Austin Health stretcher vehicle, National Patient Transport or Ambulance Victoria as appropriate, and update ETAs with clinical areas.
