• Enter non-emergency ambulance bookings onto booking platform.
• Dispatch bookings to Austin Health stretcher vehicle, National Patient Transport, or Ambulance Victoria as appropriate.
• Follow up ETAs of vehicles and communicate ETAs to clinical areas.
