Job summary

Leading Edge Childcare Deception Bay is recruiting for a Nominated Supervisor to lead a foundation leadership team and mentor educators in delivering high-quality early learning experiences. You will work with an experienced Approved Provider to shape culture and practice in a beautifully renovated service.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, strong leadership, and rostering skills, with a focus on reflective practice and continuous improvement within a

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Leadership experience within a long day care service.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and Regulations.
• Experience mentoring educators and building a positive team culture.
• Passion for play-based learning and inspiring environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of passionate educators.

• Work with Approved Provider to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Support day-to-day operations and staffing rosters.
