You will ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF, mentor staff, manage enrolments and centre administration, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training current.
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of our early learning service and lead our team in delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.

About the Role

As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) while creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and educators. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and ensure the service operates at the highest standard.
