The Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader to take accountability for the store during evening and night trade. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure the store is exceptionally presented and engaging for customers, and drive sales while managing costs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll coach and develop team members, uphold safety and compliance standards, and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Direct leadership to coach and develop teams to meet sales targets and control costs.
• Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.
• Customer obsession and understanding diverse customers.
• Promote a one-team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing.
