Qualifications

• Flexible with evening working hours.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct leadership experience including coaching and developing a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
• Maintain Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards.
• Drive a one team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing of team members.
