Job summary

CONSTANT Security is seeking experienced Overnight Security Officers to join our team in Dubbo, NSW, providing overnight security at a retail store during essential building works. The role requires availability to commence from 11 May 2026 and to operate within an on-site setting.

You will monitor site access, manage the loading dock, and assist with contractor oversight, with duties extending to the shop floor and coordination with the morning shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW Security Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Availability to commence from 11 May 2026.
• Retail or construction site security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site access and maintain a secure environment during overnight works.
• Start shift at the loading dock and keep it locked when not in use.
• Oversee contractors and shopfitters on the shop floor.
• Remain on-site until the morning team arrives.
