Job summary

Hardi Aged Care's Blacktown Nursing Home is seeking Casual Registered Nurses to join a committed team for Monday to Thursday night shifts. You will deliver direct nursing care and support, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, respectful environment.

You will work under AHPRA registration, bring clinical skills in assessments, medications, wound care and continence management, and contribute to clinical governance with strong teamwork, communication and computer

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• At least two years' experience as an RN in aged care/home care preferred, but exceptions considered.
• Skills: clinical care including assessments, medication, wound and incontinence management, catheter care and palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and clinical guidance.
• Assist management in oversight of clinical governance.
• Provide leadership to support staff and promote a collaborative team approach.
