Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Corowa team on a full‑time basis. The role requires working night shifts and weekends, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered care with dignity and respect across all hours.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a supportive team committed to clinical excellence and resident well‑being.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years' RN experience in aged care.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation.
• Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, planning and management of nursing care.
• Develop and review individualised care plans to meet residents' changing needs.
• Participate in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required).
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation in line with SCC policies and standards.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of ACFI claims.
• Support best practice clinical care within a collaborative team.
