Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents at our Turramurra facility. You will conduct assessments, plan care, and work within a supportive team to uphold dignity and respect.

You will manage care plans, participate in reviews, document accurately, and assist with ACFI claims, contributing to our not-for-profit care mission and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments
• Developing and reviewing individualised care plans
• Participating in quarterly care plan reviews
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensuring accuracy of ACFI claims
• Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
• Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
• Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
• Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
• Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment
