Christadelphian Aged Care – Gladesville NSW is seeking two permanent part-time Registered Nurses for night shifts across North Parramatta and Gladesville. Join a values-based not-for-profit organisation delivering person-centered care in aged care settings.

Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration, with at least 2 years of nursing experience in aged care, and demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, and clinical assessment skills. Police checks and vaccination evidence are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA is required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to person-centered care for older people.
• Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
• Right to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care aligned with APHRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistants in Nursing.
• Act as clinical decision-maker and respond to residents’ condition changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
