Job summary

Christadelphian Aged Care in Sydney is seeking two experienced Registered Nurses for permanent night shifts across North Parramatta and Gladesville. The roles require current AHPRA registration, a minimum of two years in aged care, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will mentor a team, ensure safe care, and document meticulously while upholding residents' dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Police Check.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About the role

We have 2 x Permanent Part-time positions for experienced Registered Nurses looking for night shift to join our team. Rostered shifts will be across our homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville. If you are confident, compassionate and ready to make an impact when it matters most, we would love to hear from you.

Fortnightly:

Position 1: 2 shifts - Gladesville + 5 shifts - North Parramatta

Position 2: 4 shifts - Gladesville + 4 shifts - North Parramatta
