Qualifications

• Must hold current Australian Nursing & Midwifery Board (ANMAC/NMBA) registration.
• Experience with aged care quality standards is preferred.
• Ability to manage night shift duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical professional for personal and health/clinical care matters.
• Monitor health and personal care standards for residents.
• Ensure care is timely and of high standard through assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee care per care plans.
• Manage incident reporting and timely referrals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in care planning.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor documentation.
• Manage admission and discharge processes.
• Uphold residents' rights as per regulatory guidelines.
