Visy Global Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Night Shift) at Spotswood to lead a highly automated warehouse, drive inventory accuracy and optimise AGV/E80 systems. You will manage night shift operators, forklift drivers and transport activities to meet DIFOT and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing frontline teams.
• Understanding of automated warehouse environments.
• Exposure to AGVs, warehouse automation or robotics is highly desirable.
• Strong safety and operational compliance knowledge.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and transport operations across the night shift.
• Manage warehouse operators, forklift drivers and transport activities.
• Drive inventory control, accuracy and stock management processes.
• Monitor and optimise automated warehouse systems.
• Support operation and performance of AGVs and E80 technology.
• Ensure DIFOT, safety and productivity targets are achieved.
• Lead shift planning, team performance and workforce engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
