Job summary

Visy Global Logistics in Spotswood, Melbourne, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume transport and warehouse operation within a just-in-time FMCG environment. Join Visy Logistics as an Operations Supervisor and lead a fast-paced transport and warehouse operation supporting one of Australia's most recognised manufacturing supply chains. Based at our automated Spotswood facility, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, safety, and operational performance across a just-in-time distribution environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily transport and warehouse activities, ensuring customer requirements, safety standards and operational KPIs are achieved. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys leading frontline teams.
