Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore is seeking Living Support Partners (Personal Care Assistants) to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a residential aged care setting on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

You’ll assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, and work night shifts with a commitment to dignity and wellbeing. Certificate III/IV in Aged Care is essential; 6 months in similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
• 6 months+ experience in residential aged care (dementia experience) highly regarded
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory and NCCHC

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents to follow care plans and maintain wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records using Autumn Care (or similar software).
