As a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant), you will join a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents at St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore. Located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore is a modern aged care community close to shops, restaurants and local amenities. You will provide direct care and support with daily living activities, respecting each resident’s choices, routines, wellbeing and dignity. You will work as part of a household team to ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.   • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential

  • 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience (dementia experience) highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
