Sofitel Brisbane Central is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safeguarding the property. You’ll supervise night staff, resolve issues, and coordinate with departments to address maintenance or housekeeping needs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and a calm approach to emergencies, with opportunities to contribute to service enhancements and staff development.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a night manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and staff motivation capabilities.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of hotel safety and security protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures with accurate guest records.
• Maintain strict security protocols for guest and property safety.
• Coordinate with departments for overnight maintenance or housekeeping needs.
• Prepare and analyse nightly management reports.
• Train and mentor night shift staff, promoting excellence and pride.
• Handle emergencies calmly following established procedures.
• Assist in food and beverage service as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in hotel operations and guest services.
