Responsibilities

• Delivering a professional and welcoming front office experience for late-arriving guests, including check-in and room access verification.
• Maintaining guest safety and privacy by conducting regular property checks and monitoring public areas.
• Completing nightly audit and financial tasks, balancing transactions, and preparing end-of-day reports and banking documentation.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to communicate guest requests, VIP needs, and shift handover information.
• Upholding presentation, compliance, and operational standards during the shift.
