InterContinental 62s Group plc in Adelaide is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk services and ensure the accuracy of hotel financial records for the day, while delivering a seamless guest experience after hours. Shifts run 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, requiring strong customer service, auditing skills and knowledge of hotel systems.

RSA and Food Safety certificates are preferred, with availability for a 7-day overnight roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties while representing the hotel brand.
• Strong problem solving, organization and adaptability.
• Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Opera is Highly Regarded.
• Driver's License preferred.
• RSA and Food Safety certificates.
• Willingness to work a 7-day overnight roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports and balance daily transactions.
• Process room charges, payments and cash handling following procedures.
• Check guests in and out and manage wake-up calls.
• Answer phones and handle overnight guest inquiries.
• Provide concierge services, room service, and guest requests as needed.
• Ensure guest and staff safety and security during overnight hours.
