Job summary

Mantra & The Sebel Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments in Tweed Heads is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage end-of-day accounting and assist guests with late-night inquiries. You will be the calm point of contact while the hotel sleeps, ensuring nightly reports are accurate and ready for the next trading day.

The role involves front desk duties at night from 11pm to 7am, coordinating with security, supporting the day team, and delivering memorable guest experiences through proactive problem

Qualifications

• You will be an independent worker who can take initiative and excel without constant supervision.
• Prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts and technical know-how to efficiently handle the nightly audit of all hotel transactions is highly beneficial.
• Quick-thinking problem solver, putting the guest's needs at the forefront, and taking pride in crafting and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Mantra & The Sebel Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments are two properties that sit side by side on the Gold Coast / Northern NSW border overlooking the beautiful Coolangatta Beach. The properties offer a range of hotel style rooms as well as one, two and three bedroom apartments and pools for guests to enjoy. In your downtime, experience the laid-back lifestyle of the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads region by heading down to the beach, or visiting one of the many pubs, clubs, or restaurants along the foreshore and surrounds.

Purpose

AsNight Auditor, you will perform end of day accounting tasks in preparation for the next day’s trading while assisting guests with late night inquiries. When the rest of the hotel is asleep, the Night Auditor stands as the calm and composed point of contact for any situation.

Primary Responsibilities
