Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in lead generation, outbound marketing, and prospecting, with the ability to confidently initiate conversations and build interest.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain solar solutions in simple terms.
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools, with solid organizational skills for managing contact lists, follow-up tasks, and appointment scheduling.
• Background in sales, customer service, or door to door, preferably within renewable energy, home services, or a related industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Newcastle, NSW, and collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working to targets and KPIs, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Understanding of or interest in solar energy, sustainability, and basic energy concepts; willingness to learn product and industry knowledge.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability, with the ability to represent an Australian-owned brand focused on quality and service.
• Relevant secondary education; post-secondary education or training in sales, business, or renewable energy is an advantage.
