Solar Plant in Tamworth is seeking a highly motivated Solar D2D Lead Generator. You will be the first point of contact for enquiring homeowners, discussing cost-saving solar solutions and scheduling appointments with our Solar Specialists.

The role is door-to-door and rewards proactive outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. A valid driver's license and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Must have own car and a valid driver's license.
• Work Holiday Visa holders, Permanent Residents, Australian Citizens only.
• Knowledge in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proven track record in solar lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in setting up leads for the sales representatives.
• Be the voice of the solar sales team and interact directly with customers.
• Conduct proactive outreach to cold and warm prospects to generate interest in solar & battery services.
• Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding customer needs.
• Differentiate Solar Plant from competitors through rapport-based qualifying and education.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Use CRM and other tools to manage leads and book appointments.
• Hit weekly and monthly KPIs.
