You will deliver designs for industrial, mining, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia, collaborating with senior engineers on concept to detailed design and construction support. You will apply advanced engineering principles, undertake structural analysis, develop practical design solutions and contribute to multidisciplinary projects in complex

Qualifications

4-10 years of structural engineering experience in consulting, engineering or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of structural steel and reinforced concrete design.
Experience using engineering software for structural analysis and design.
Understanding of Australian Standards AS 4100, AS 3600 and AS 1170.

Responsibilities

Deliver structural designs from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
Perform structural analysis of steel buildings, conveyors, equipment supports and concrete foundations.
Develop structural models using SpaceGass, Strand7 or similar.
Prepare calculations, reports, specs and scopes of work.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers to develop integrated designs.
Mentor junior engineers and support risk and safety in design.
