Stewart Automotive Group in the Sutherland Shire area seeks an experienced automotive sales leader to drive a high-volume dealership. You will lead from the front, set monthly targets and foster a high-performance sales culture across the team.

You will coach and develop sales consultants, monitor performance, ensure a consistent sales process, and collaborate with manufacturers to meet objectives and standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' experience in automotive sales and/or sales management.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of volume, gross and sales KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience managing, coaching and motivating a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle trade-ins and valuations.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• A competitive mindset and genuine drive to succeed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
