Based primarily out of our premier display home in Googong, with occasional coverage at our Denman Prospect display and Mitchell office as required, you will guide families through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Client Consultation: Act as a supportive, knowledgeable advisor, helping prospective buyers navigate land selection, floor plans, and custom design options.
• Integrity-First Selling: Follow the "G.J. Way," maintaining complete transparency and certainty to secure quality building agreements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside internal designers, estimators, and construction supervisors to transition client proposals smoothly into build contracts.
• Pipeline Management: Nurture inquiries over longer sales cycles, keeping buyers informed and re-engaged through every stage of decision-making.
