G.J. Gardner Homes Tweed Heads & Ballina is seeking a New Homes Consultant to join our growing team.

You will be based in our Tweed Heads Design Studio & Ballina Display Homes, covering a region from the QLD/NSW border south to Ballina & Lismore, and you will help families build their dream homes. You will convert leads to sales, build lasting relationships, and use CRM systems to manage opportunities while delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional with a proven ability to convert leads to sales.
• Passionate about the new home building industry and helping families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.

• New Homes Consultant experience preferred.

About the Role

Due to the strong growth we are currently experiencing within the Tweed Heads & Ballina regions, we are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team of local experts. You’ll be based in our Tweed Heads Design Studio & Ballina Display Homes and your region will extend from the QLD/NSW border, south to Ballina & Lismore. As a multi award winning builder you will be joining a team with an enviable reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding individual customer's needs and providing them with workable solutions to suit their requirements
• Conversion of leads to sales
• Fostering customer relationships
• Utilising computer software applications and good administration practices
• Attention to detail throughout the sales process

About You

• Experienced Sales Professional: You are a passionate sales professional with a proven ability in conversion of leads to sales.
• Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help families build their dream homes.
• Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and present information clearly.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Highly Motivated & Results-Oriented: You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-Focused: You're dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Proactive & Networker: You have a go-getter attitude and proactively seek out new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local community.
• New Home Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry is an advantage.
• Valid Driver's Licence: You possess a current driver's licence and clean record.
