Job summary

Plantation Homes is expanding its sales presence in South East Queensland, seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to lead the Yarrabilba display operation and help customers realise their new build vision. You will welcome visitors, qualify enquiries and convert them into buyers, using your local knowledge to identify opportunities and nurture relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new home sales.
• Experience selling new builds with understanding of build process.
• Confident CRM capability to manage leads, follow-up and reporting.
• Genuine passion for relationship building and exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust quickly.
• Local area knowledge of Ripley corridor and Ipswich/western growth areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify visitors at display homes and convert enquiries into committed buyers.
• Leverage local area knowledge to identify opportunities and attract qualified buyers.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Represent Plantation Homes with a focus on quality, innovation, sustainability and heart.
• Guide customers through the full new build journey, from design selection to contract.
• Use CRM to diligently manage leads, track activity and maintain follow-up rhythm.
• Stay informed on local estate releases, council requirements and market trends in the Ripley corridor.
