Job summary

Plantation Homes is expanding its sales presence in South East Queensland and seeks an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to lead the Yarrabilba display operation. Join a trusted team helping customers design and build their dream homes within a fast-growing corridor.

You will manage the full journey from design selection to contract, leveraging CRM to track leads and follow up, and staying informed on local estate releases and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new home sales, preferably with volume or project builders.
• Demonstrated experience in selling new builds, with a strong understanding of the build process.
• Confident CRM capability, using systems to manage leads, follow up activity and reporting.
• A genuine passion for relationship building and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Local area knowledge of the Ripley corridor and wider Ipswich or western growth areas, or a willingness to immerse yourself in these communities.
• A strategic, proactive mindset, always looking for new opportunities.

You Will

You will not simply wait for foot traffic. You will actively engage with the community, local partners and your CRM pipeline to create opportunities and deliver results.
