Qualifications

• Residential new home sales experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient with CRM technology.
• Understanding of residential building process from enquiry to contract.
• Target-driven and capable of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and presentation of the display home.
• Welcome and engage walk-in clients while building relationships.
• Qualify buyers and guide them through the home-building journey.
• Prepare preliminary pricing and present quotations using established systems.
• Build relationships with local land developers and referral partners.
• Manage sales pipeline, client communications and documentation in CRM.
• Attend regular management catch-ups to support success.
• Proactively generate new business during slower periods.
