Plantation Homes in Greenbank is seeking a casual New Home Sales Assistant four days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will welcome customers to displays, assess their needs, and guide them through home visits while ensuring our designs are showcased effectively.

You will maintain product information and databases, and reconnect with customers after their visits to keep them engaged with our team.

• Welcomingour customers into our new home displays and experience centres
• Understanding their needs and providing them with the information they need toguide their visit through the homes
• Helping ouraward-winningdesigns shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites
• Keeping ourproduct information anddatabasesup to date to enable a great experience for our customers and Sales team
• Getting in touch with our customers after their visit tocheck in and keep them connected to our team

You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. Youhavea genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providinganauthentic and engaging service to them as you help guide them to achieve their new home goals. You are confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone.
