Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a casual Digital Sales Assistant to support our Consultant at the Redland Bay display home, Friday to Monday, 9:45am–5:15pm. You will warmly welcome visitors, understand their needs, and guide them through a seamless experience.

You will maintain accurate product information, respond to digital leads, and manage CRM data to support timely follow-ups. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital sales processes within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and digital.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management platforms.
• Comfortable using digital tools and apps to manage customer data.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
