Job summary

Henley Properties Group is seeking a Casual Digital Sales Assistant to support our Redland Bay display home team Friday to Monday, 9:45am–5:15pm. You will welcome visitors, understand their needs, and guide them through a seamless experience while maintaining the display home presentation.

You will respond to digital leads, manage CRM data, nurture customer relationships, and assist Sales Consultants with lead management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, in-person and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors in display homes, creating a warm first impression.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through a seamless experience.
• Maintain presentation of the display homes and ensure product information is up-to-date.
• Respond to digital leads via phone, email, SMS and online platforms with timely follow-up.
• Cleanses and manages CRM data ensuring accuracy.
• Nurture relationships through consistent communication and tailored follow-ups.
• Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks and lead management.
