Job summary

Stroud Homes invites applications for a New Home Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Sales team across the Darling and Southern Downs. You will open and showcase the display home, create content aligned with our brand, and help develop house and land packages in targeted areas.

Day-to-day include creating opportunities with land estates, managing leads in Pipedrive, maintaining display standards, and handling CRM administration.

As aNew Home Sales & Marketing Assistant you will support the Sales team in the Darling and Southern Downs,you will be responsible for opening and showcasing the display home, creating quality content that aligns with the Stroud Homes brand guidelines, and creating house and land packages within our target areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Create Opportunities:Work with local land estates and developers building relationships and providing house and land packages. Contact leads and book appointments.

Marketing & Customer Service:Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing material within display is current; and

Administration:Maintain and manage leads and customer information through CRM Pipedrive.

Please note: You will be required to work weekends, with a 2-on, 2-off rotating roster.
