Job summary

Jelm Allied Health in Melbourne’s west is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, collaborative team. The role combines clinic-based sessions at our Werribee practice with mobile outreach to homes, schools and community settings.

You’ll receive two weeks of shadowing, weekly supervision for three months, and ongoing support as you build a diverse caseload across ages and areas of practice.

Qualifications

• You’re a recent or soon-to-be OT graduate who values strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred practice.
• You’re interested in supporting children, youth and young adults.
• You’ll need an Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration before commencing, a Working with Children Check, and a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Mix of clinic-based sessions at our Werribee practice and mobile outreach to homes, schools and community settings.
• Work alongside families, educators and support networks to make therapy practical and meaningful.
• Contribute to group programs and learn from a varied caseload as confidence grows.
