Step 2 Allied Health is offering a new graduate Occupational Therapist program in a supportive multidisciplinary team in Victoria. You will build your caseload with clinical supervision and help participants across the lifespan achieve their goals.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, neurodiversity-friendly care, ongoing professional development, regular supervision, and regional Geelong coverage with in-person work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Registered with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Working With Children\'s Check
• Current Driver\'s Licence
• National Police Check

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to help clients achieve their goals
• Develop and implement skill development plans to support home and community independence
• Continually evaluate participant progress and modify treatment plans for quality care
• Consult with clients, families, caregivers and external stakeholders in a multidisciplinary framework
• Prescribe, order and set up required equipment
• Complete reports including assessments, funding and support recommendations
• Maintain accurate client documentation in line with policy
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings
• Provide supervision to team members as appropriate
• Support regional participants across Geelong region
