Beyond Limits Paediatric Therapy in Camden NSW is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist to start their career in a supportive environment. The role combines clinic and community visits, with a dedicated New Graduate Program, reduced caseloads for the first six months, and weekly supervision to help you develop clinical skills.

You will work with children aged 0–16 with various disabilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and benefit from a professional development budget,

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with eligibility for AHPRA registration.
• Willingness to learn evidence-based clinical assessments and interventions.
• Interest in working with children with developmental delays and disabilities.
• Basic understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to form working relationships based on trust and respect with diverse families.
• Unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to use own car for community appointments.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain these before commencing employment.
• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based and clinic-based occupational therapy to children aged 0–16.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting.
• Contribute to assessments, planning and therapy delivery under supervision.
• Build confidence and clinical skills through weekly supervision and mentoring.
• Support families through inclusive, family-centered care.
