Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking a compassionate graduate Occupational Therapist to join their 0 to 100 graduate program, designed to guide you through your first hundred days and beyond.

You will conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and gain exposure to Home Care Packages and the NDIS while delivering community-based, home-visit services. The role supports a collaborative team culture with strong learning and progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients with various diagnoses and health conditions.
• Gain exposure to different funding schemes, such as Home Care Packages and the NDIS.

Referrals are carefully managed to gradually build your foundational skills, offering support in capacity building, equipment prescription, report writing, home modifications, neurology, mental health, pediatrics, and more.
• Advocate for healthy living and promote positive behavior change to foster equal opportunities and client support.
