Job summary

Neverland Store in Western Victoria is seeking experienced retail leaders to drive store performance and culture across multiple locations. You will lead teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage rosters, visual merchandising, and stock, while contributing to the brand’s ongoing transformation.

• Experience in retail leadership or management (Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Team Leader or similar)

• Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster

Management Opportunities - Neverland Store

Neverland Store is on an exciting journey of transformation and we’re looking for our next Retail Leaders to help pave the way. We have multiple opportunities available across several Neverland locations in Western Victoria for passionate, people-first leaders who love retail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a business where culture truly matters.

About the Role

As Managers at Neverland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams. You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s evolving and investing in its people.

Day to Day:

Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs

Managing store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management

Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential

Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation
