Job summary

Neverland Store in Geelong is seeking a Part Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will contribute to sales targets, coaching, and visual merchandising while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

Passion for fashion, strong communication, and prior retail leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionate about streetwear and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into leadership.
• Previous retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
• Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold and assist in implementing company policies, procedures and health and safety standards.
• Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience and assist in training and coaching the team.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service and effective delegation.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities to a high standard.
• Support weekly reporting and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
• Step in to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at Geelong.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
• Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
• Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
• Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.
