Neverland Store, a premier Australian streetwear retailer, seeks a Store Manager for Essendon DFO to lead daily operations and a high-performing team. You will drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and service.

The role requires demonstrated retail leadership, a passion for streetwear, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve targets while upholding safety and presentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through customer service and effective delegation.
• Ensure brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotions are executed on time.
• Complete weekly and ad hoc reporting, maintaining proactive communication with Area Manager.

We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at ESSENDON DFO.

As a Neverland Store Manager, you willbe responsible forleading your store to success by driving sales, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
• Implement, uphold, andmonitoradherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience, creating a positive, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through exceptional customer service, effective task delegation, and strong time management.
• Ensure all brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed to a high standard and within requiredtimeframes.
• Complete all required weekly and ad hoc reporting,maintainingconsistent and proactive communication with your Area Manager.
• Take full ownership of store performance, holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering exceptional results in sales, service, and presentation.

About You:

• Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Demonstratedleadership skills withpreviousexperience in a retail management role.
• Strong focus on customer service and driving team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage operational priorities while motivating your team.
• Visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail to ensure brand presentation excellence.
