Job summary

Neverland Store at Blacktown is seeking a proactive Retail Leader (ASM) to support the Store Manager in leading a high‑performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will be hands-on, commercially minded and play a key role in the brand’s ongoing transformation.

The role requires a values‑led leader who motivates teams, drives sales KPIs and ensures exceptional store operations.

We have an opportunity available in our Blacktown store for a passionate individual who loves retail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a business where culture truly matters.

About the Role

As an ASM at Neverland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams. You’ll be hands‑on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s evolving and investing in its people.

Day to Day:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
• Managing store operations including visual merchandising and stock management
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation
