Neverland Store is on an exciting journey of transformation and we’re looking for our next aspiring Retail Leader to help pave the way. We have an opportunity available in our new ELIZABETH store for a passionate individual who loves retail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a business where culture truly matters.

About the Role

As an ASM at Neverland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams. You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s evolving and investing in its people.

Day to Day:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
• Managing store operations including visual merchandising and stock management
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation
