Job summary

Qualifications

• Selling skills include managing customer relationships, needs discovery, following up leads, negotiating and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong business focus within the NMD team for RFA in ANZ.
• Manage RFA priorities and set team expectations.
• Communicate effectively with NMD teams and stakeholders to support divisions.
• Roll out marketing strategies and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Handle customer complaints per SOP and ensure quality compliance.
