Job summary

Interactive is seeking a Network Engineer to join our MSP team in Australia. You will manage day-to-day network operations, support upgrades, monitor performance and ensure reliable service for multi-tenant clients in Sydney or Melbourne.

The role requires hands-on expertise with routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN, plus Azure networking. A tertiary IT qualification and ITIL/ITSM knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a Network Engineer in an MSP environment.
• Strong hands-on in routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Experience with SD-WAN and Azure networking is essential.
• Ability to support multi-tenant environments and various architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU network operations and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor performance, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support network projects and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Develop network diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver technical solutions and improvements.
