VMO is an outdoor network based in Australia, looking for a Network Support to join the Richmond Operations team. This full-time role supports the DOOH network's day-to-day operations, monitors digital signage hardware, and uses remote tools to keep systems fully operational.

You’ll work with a dynamic team delivering innovative advertising solutions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate resolves technical issues, communicates effectively, and stays on top of deadlines

Qualifications

• Problem solver with a positive attitude who can resolve technical issues.
• Fast thinker able to meet deadlines and be methodical.
• Ability to understand and work with varying software suites.
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of audio visual and digital media hardware desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring our digital signage hardware.
• Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools.
• Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware.
• Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders.
• Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business.
• Being on call as required.

The Job

We’re now on the lookout for a Network Support to join our Operations team. This full time position is based in our Richmond office as part of a wider team. In this role, you will support the day to day operational needs of VMO’s DOOH network. This includes detecting and actioning any remediable steps to ensure the network is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team with a total commitment to providing our clients with the most innovative advertising solutions.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring our digital signage hardware
• Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools
• Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware
• Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders

• Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business
• Being on call as required
