Job summary

Val Morgan Outdoor (VMO) is expanding its Operations team with a Network Support role based in our Richmond office. You will assist with day-to-day operations of the DOOH network, ensuring full functionality and timely remediation of issues.

The Job

We’re now on the lookout for a Network Support to join our Operations team. This full time positionis based in our Richmond office as part of a wider team. In this role, you will support the day to day operational needs of VMO’s DOOH network. This includes detecting and actioning any remediable steps to ensure the network is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team with a total commitment to providing our clients with the most innovative advertising solutions.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring our digital signage hardware
• Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools
• Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware
• Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders
• Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business
• Being on call as required
