Job summary

ZEEKR in Sydney seeks an experienced Dealer Onboarding and Store Operations Manager to lead onboarding, in-store journey optimization, dealer personnel management, and store materials & charging pile programs. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, audit dealership readiness, and drive a premium, brand‑consistent customer experience across the dealer network.

You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Management preferred), proven automotive or retail management experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Business Management or related field).
• Proven experience in automotive industry or retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with dealer management teams at different levels.
• Experience in planning and executing conferences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the new dealer approval process and coordinate cross‑functional teams during simulation operations.
• Continuously optimize the in-store journey to ensure a premium brand experience across all dealer touchpoints.
• Lead quarterly Dealer Principal meetings and the annual dealer conference with end-to-end event management.
