Ventia seeks a Network Engineer to deliver and operate the Communications Data Network for the T2D project in Adelaide. You will design, configure and deploy networking across tunnel, roadside and control rooms, building resilient Cisco infrastructure and securing networks with Palo Alto devices.

Qualifications

• Design, configure and deploy the project's Communications Data Network across tunnel, roadside and control room environments.
• Experience building and maintaining Cisco networking infrastructure including routing, switching, BGP, OSPF and VLANs.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, NAT and Panorama to secure IT and OT networks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support network capacity for high-bandwidth systems including CCTV, SCADA, variable message signs, public address and emergency communications systems.
• Produce and maintain network documentation including IP schemas, design drawings, configuration standards and as-built records.
• Support testing, commissioning, cutovers and handover activities while troubleshooting network, security and virtualization issues with cross-functional teams.
